Desires Hotels™ was launched in January 2005 to provide boutique hotel owners with successful operational and financial management, sales and marketing and human resources services while maintaining their assets’ unique identities.

To date, Desires has grown from four boutique properties to eight priorities. The additions included: the 40-room Hotel Astor, the 87-room condo hotel The Strand Ocean Drive and the 61-room Betsy Ross Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla., and the soon-to-be-open 110-room Glenn Hotel in Atlanta, Ga.
