PHOENIX — FEBRUARY 23, 2006 — Multi-Systems Inc (MSI), a leading supplier of hotel technology and property management systems, announced management promotions in the leadership of the company’s operations team, which will prepare MSI for continued rapid growth and further enhance its industry-leading customer service capabilities.

The promotions were announced by Tim Tiller, MSI’s Chief Operating Officer, and include:

Judy McKinney  - promoted to Vice President of Customer Success. In that role, she leads MSI’s Customer Assistance Center (CAC) to take customer service and support capabilities to an even higher level. McKinney and the CAC support team have already made extraordinary strides in that direction, according to Tiller. McKinney joined MSI in 1996, and brings more than three decades of hospitality industry experience.

Bridget Oliva - moves into the position of Vice President of New Business Development and Marketing. In her new role, she will build relationships with the larger brands in the industry as well as management companies, and oversee marketing for MSI. Bridget has been with MSI for more than a decade, and has been one of the company’s top sales, motivational, training and marketing professionals. She is active in numerous industry organizations and causes, including the Allied Executive of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA).

Adam Williams - becomes Director of Sales. Working closely with Oliva, Williams will mange day to day operations of MSI’s sales team and innovate ways to further enhance the company’s sales process. Adam joined MSI from Pegasus Solutions, and has played a key role in the smooth transition of the NovaPlus product and customer base.

Brian Primeau  - takes on the role of Vice President of the Americas. He will expand MSI’s sales efforts in Canada as well as Mexico, working closely with MSI’s product management group to identify ways to better support customers in those regions as well as expanding MSI’s existing customer relationships and its customer base. Primeau joined MSI in 2001 and has been in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years.

Troy Wells – promoted to Director of Quality Assurance for the Customer Assistance Center. Supporting Judy McKinney, Wells implement MSI’s CAC Quality Assurance Plan, which hand in hand with the enhanced functionality provided by Supportlogix, will further enhance the company’s industry-leading level of support. He brings more than 15 years of Call Center and Customer Service experience to MSI, primarily from Fortune 500 companies in the Telecommunications, Technology, and Health Care Industries.

Tiller said, “We are delighted to announce these promotions, which recognize the outstanding contributions of several key members in the leadership of our operations team.” He concluded, “MSI has big plans for 2006, and the promotions we announce today, will ensure that we have the best executives in the right positions to help us met and exceed our goals.”

The promotions are effective immediately.

Rick Munson, MSI’s president and CEO, added, “I am particularly pleased to extend my congratulations to this talented group of hospitality professionals.” He concluded, “MSI has always been known for finding and cultivating some of the best talent in the industry, and under Tim’s leadership, we look forward to many more positive announcements in the future.”
