provider of hotel business process management solutions, announced today
that it has acquired Vantis International Corporation, a travel reservations
and marketing services firm. The acquisition provides the Vantis customer
base of over 5,000 hotels worldwide with access to an exclusive combination
of decision-support services and technology that is proven to increase
both hotel revenue and profitability.
Headquartered in Calgary, Canada, Vantis offers electronic and voice reservations for hotels, car rental companies, and regional airlines, plus complementary marketing services. Customers include prominent hotel groups such as Historic Hotels of America, Interstate Hotels, Destination Resorts, ResortQuest, and Mandalay Resort Group.
