Interactive Sites Inc., Played Key Engineering Role
in Development of hotelbook.com

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., October 12, 2005 - Interactive Sites Inc. described today the key role it played in the development of the new hotelbook.com tm site, launched in July by Pegasus Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEGS).

hotelbook.com is focused on independent hotels with unique personalities and small hotel groups with one-of-a-kind properties. Through the site's broad range of search criteria, travelers can identify the best possible hotels to meet their needs. Users also have the option to save results for future reference in a "My Hotels" section of the site, allowing for quick access to previous search results to enhance the decision-making process.

The Custom Software Solutions Unit at Interactive Sites integrated the Pegasus booking engine and provided the engineering work for the site, which offers travelers a wide range of independent hotels-more than 5,000 properties in more than 140 countries.

"The skills of the team at Interactive Sites dovetailed with our own, which helped immensely as we developed the site together. hotelbook.com was able to launch with the cutting-edge Web features that consumers expect, and the site has already received very favorable reviews. We appreciate the role Interactive Sites played in engineering hotelbook.com," said Peter Hazel, vice president of product management for Pegasus.

"We have seen a marked increase in requests for custom solutions from companies looking to gain competitive advantage by enhancing their online propositions. Our Custom Software unit provides highly functional, enterprise-level solutions that go well beyond the scope and complexity of the average Web site. When various information systems do not communicate with one another, we bring that data into a single point of access that provides site visitors with a consistent and rewarding experience. In doing so, we are helping our customers maximize the value of their data," commented James Carr, CTO of Interactive Sites.

The Custom Software Solutions unit has been a natural evolution for Interactive Sites, which already has an impressive history designing award-winning Web sites for the industry world-wide. It also has a range of proprietary software products that are specifically designed to increase revenues and staff productivity. At the helm is the Hands-On Web Content Management System, an easy-to-use Web site management tool that enables non-technical users to maintain a dynamic Web presence without compromising site design or functionality.

In addition, Interactive Sites possess a range of "Canned Apps" that simply bolt on to their CMS platform, providing basic and advanced e-business functionality for non-technical users. Groups and meetings business uses PlanIt Online, a private-label application that allows meeting planners to communicate directly with a sales team, and ShareIt Online, a Web-based lead referral and tracking system that allows hotels to share unfulfilled group business leads with affiliated properties.
