The resort will offer 895 (upon build-out) one-, two- and three-bedroom villas ranging from 820-2,095 square feet in four 37-story towers. The first phase opens with 126 villas designed with rich hues of red, green and gold and exquisite tapestries draping the windows, as well as, a fully-equipped kitchen with tile floors and granite counters; a separate living and dining area; 42-inch Sony plasma television, DVD and stereo in the living room; deep soaking tub and oversized shower; washer/dryer; and Wi-Fi accessibility. Three-bedroom villas can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Marriott's Grand Chateau will offer numerous activities and amenities for owners and guests, including:

• Rooftop pool with whirlpool spa and pool bar
• Concierge services and valet parking
• Fitness center offering cardiovascular equipment and free weights; and men's and women's locker and steam rooms
• Marriott's Activity Zone Experience (MAZE) for all ages
• The MarketPlace convenience store open 24 hours per day
• Full-service spa and golf are nearby
