One of Feuring – Visionary Hotel Development’s further ongoing projects in the Middle East is an exclusive boutique hotel in a prime location of Kuwait City.  This is a 127-room building and was designed by the Barcelona based architects Broadway Malyan.

The Steigenberger Hotel de Saxe Dresden to open its doors in April 2006

The 185-room Steigenberger Hotel de Saxe nearby the famous Frauenkirche in Dresden is to open its doors in April 2006.  Feuring – Visionary Hotel Development was responsible for the hotel concept and acted as consultant with respect to the architectural design. The business, holiday and conference hotel is being erected on the historical grounds of the former Hotel de Saxe which was known for being very up-class and sophisticated.  The Frauenkirche in Dresden is being inaugurated at the end of October and will be one of the most important tourist magnets in Dresden, a city with a similar flair as Florence in Italy.
