Wyndham Garden Hotel Brookfield to Doubletree Hotel Milwaukee/Brookfield |

Wis. - Oct. 12, 2005 -- Doubletree(R) Hotels proudly announces that the
Wyndham Garden Hotel Brookfield has become the Doubletree Hotel Milwaukee/Brookfield,
representing the second Wisconsin full-service hotel this year to join
the brand's portfolio of more than 150 fine properties across North America.
Centrally situated 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, ten minutes from
downtown Waukesha and 25 minutes from General Mitchell International Airport,
the upscale, full-service hotel has completed a $3 million renovation to
reinvigorate its 177 guest rooms, 2,700 square feet of meeting space, dining
and fitness facilities, and much more.
The Doubletree Hotel Milwaukee/Brookfield is owned by CH Realty II/Brookfield Hotel Operating, LLC, operated under a franchise agreement with Doubletree Hotel Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality. Many thoughtful style and service enhancements have been made throughout the Doubletree Hotel Milwaukee/Brookfield. All guestrooms have been upgraded with inviting, residential-style furnishings which include 27" televisions; new armoires; and the Sweet Dreams(R) by Doubletree Sleep Experience - which includes a plentiful amount of pillows, a luxurious linen package of a down-filled duvet wrapped in triple sheeting and a specially designed plush-top mattress and box spring system that ensures a great night's sleep. Guest bathrooms have been redesigned to include upgraded lighting, new vanities with granite counters, updated fixtures and a curved shower rod that allows for 20% more space in the shower.
