Construction on a 119-unit Hilton Garden Inn in Omaha |
North Liberty, IA., November 16th � Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC),
an Iowa based hotel development and management company and Dial Realty
Corp, an Omaha based real estate development organization, has begun
construction on a 119-unit Hilton Garden Inn, at the West Dodge Street
and 180th Street interchange. The Hilton Garden Inn will be located within
the West Village Development in the rapidly expending west side of metropolitan
Omaha.
The four-story, Hilton Garden Inn, will feature approximately 2,200 square feet of meeting space, including an executive boardroom, indoor swimming pool, fitness area, high speed, wireless and hard-wired internet connections and approximately 65 seats in the Hilton Garden Inn Pavilion area for food and beverage service. The Hilton Garden Inn is expected to open for guests during the summer of 2006 and will service the many new businesses locating to West Omaha and the leisure travel generated by Village Pointe Shopping Center, theaters and restaurants in the West Dodge Street corridor. Assisting KHC and Dial Realty Corp with the development of the Hilton Garden Inn are Meyer & Associates the architect for the project, Wietz Construction the general contractor, Lamp-Rynearson the site engineer and First National Bank of Omaha, the lender for the project.
