Positions at Dow Hotel Company Properties |
SEATTLE, Wash., November 1, 2005�The Dow Hotel Company, LLC (DHC),
a hotel owner/investor and management company, today announced it has promoted
two of its associates to director of sales positions. Paul W. Gleason
III has been named director of sales & marketing of the Doubletree
Hotel Bellevue, outside Seattle, Wash. Theresa Gramlich has been
named director of sales for the Sheraton North Houston in Texas.
In their new roles, each will be responsible for leading the overall sales
and marketing efforts of their respective hotels.
Paul W. Gleason III Additionally, Gleason will be tasked with helping to execute the conversion of the Doubletree hotel to the Hilton brand. The hotel recently changed ownership. Prior to assuming his new position, Gleason held a similar position at the Sheraton North Houston in Texas. A 20-year sales and marketing veteran with 13 of those years in the hospitality industry, he has served in a variety of hospitality sales roles, including national director of new business development for Sunstone Hotels and also led the sales effort at the Wyndham Greenspoint Hotel in Houston, Texas. He is a member of the Religious Conference Management Association (RCMA), the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). Theresa Gramlich Theresa Gramlich brings with her more than a decade of hospitality experience. She has held a number of increasingly important sales positions at the Sheraton North Houston Hotel, including total account sales manager and executive meeting manager. Prior to joining the hotel, she was restaurant supervisor at the Marriott West Loop, also in Houston.
