�Best Companies to Work For � China� in WorkChina� 2005 survey conducted
jointly by Watson Wyatt Consultant Ltd.and Fortune China Magazine.
We were the only hotel in China winning the award under the category of
�International Companies�.
There were about 100 companies that had participated in this survey. Only the top 10 best local companies and the top 10 best International companies were selected for the �Best Companies to Work For� award. The survey covered various criteria related to employee commitment and the enabling factors such as compensation, performance management, and leadership.
