 WW Group Holdings, Inc. Plans to Develop a 210-room Hyatt Regency
and Condominium Building in Historic Brunswick, Georgia

BRUNSWICK, Ga., Dec. 8,2005 - WW Group Holdings, Inc. is announcing an agreement with Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Hyatt Development Corporation as a part of its plans to develop and construct a 210-room luxury hotel and condominium building as the center-point of Liberty Harbor, along the Intra-Coastal waterway in historic and scenic Brunswick, Georgia -- the Gateway to Georgia's Golden Isles.

Liberty Harbor is a planned multi-use development on a 110-acre parcel on Liberty Point, formerly the home of the J.A. Jones Shipyard, where 99 Liberty and Victory Ships were constructed and launched to aid Allied efforts during World War II.

A planned group of 1800 luxury condominiums will rise in two towers, as well as smaller mid-rise clusters on either side of the planned Hyatt Regency, offering breath-taking views of thousands of acres of waterfront, the historic Marshes of Glynn, as well as the Intra-Coastal waterway and nearby Atlantic Ocean.

"We went looking for a world-class hotelier to serve as our partner, someone who understands all the best of southern hospitality and who possesses all the international flair and luxury travel expertise represented by Hyatt Hotels," said Gary Waxman, Chairman and CEO of WW Group Holdings, the lead developers of Liberty Harbor.

The planned Hyatt Regency at Liberty Harbor will include a full service spa and health club, two destination restaurants, Atlantic Ocean beach access in partnership with the Jekyll Island Club Hotel, and use of a nearby 18-hole championship golf course.

The hotel will include approximately 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space, as well as 100 hotel rooms and more than 50 separate branded condo-hotel units. Hyatt Hotels & Resorts will manage and operate the intended four-star property for 15 years.

Jeff Weiner, Vice Chairman
A cum laude graduate of Miami University, Jeff Weiner started his career at Arthur Andersen as an audit accountant. He joined a former client, a steel service center company in 1982, moving from Controller to President in seven years. In 1991, Jeff joined Gary Waxman who had recently started a steel distribution company at the end of 1990, and helped him to grow the organization to more than 40 locations and 1300 employees. As a licensed CPA, Jeff now serves as the Vice Chairman of WW Group Holdings, Inc. and as the CFO of Liberty Harbor Development, LLC.

Gary Waxman is moving ahead at warp speed with Liberty Harbor, a new billion-dollar, 110-acre, 1,800 luxury condominium development, which will feature a 350-wet slip marina, exclusive retail shops and a resort hotel.  Liberty Harbor is located in Brunswick, GA on the Brunswick River, four miles from the Atlantic Ocean, in the gossamer region of the Golden Isles which includes St. Simons, Sea Island and Jekyll Island.  The site is on the western-most point of the East Coast (same longitude as Akron, OH), in an area that has not been hit by a hurricane in over 100 years. 

James Oglethorpe, one of the Georgia’s founding fathers, created the city plan for historic Brunswick, modeling it on his celebrated plan for the city of Savannah.  The development and design team used Oglethorpe’s original plan for the waterfront site as the inspiration for the grid-like street layout, succession of public squares and abundance of green space.  State and city officials and local residents have given unprecedented support to Liberty Harbor, participating in a charrette to help plan the community to ensure it reflects what is best for the area and rezoning the site to allow buildings as tall as 250 feet.  The approval for the entitlements was achieved in a record four-month time period – a process that can take years.
