| BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – December 21, 2005 – Hilton Hotels Corporation
(HHC) announced today that it has accredited Priceline.com (NASDAQ: PCLN)
as an online opaque distributor of participating Hilton Family of Hotels
room inventory.
Priceline is now part of a growing roster of online third-party booking channels approved under the HHC Accreditation Process that was implemented in June 2005, which requires participating Hilton Family hotels to work solely with HHC-accredited distributors when choosing to offer online merchant model and/or opaque inventory.
