Dina Koss Named Director of Acquisition and
Development for Kimpton Hotels

SAN FRANCISCO, September 13, 2005 � Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants welcomes Dina Koss to the corporate development team as director of acquisition and development. In this role, Koss is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing business growth opportunities. 

�We are thrilled to have Dina on our team,� said Joseph Long, executive vice president of acquisitions and development for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. �Dina brings great hospitality experience to Kimpton, underwriting complicated hotel acquisitions and closely collaborating with several major hotel chains.�

Most recently, Koss was a financial analyst at Bear Stearns in New York working in the real estate, hotel and gaming industries on over one billion dollars in asset sale transactions and over $400 million in capital markets transactions.

Koss received her Bachelors of Science at Cornell University and obtained her Masters of Business degree from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
