welcomes Dina Koss to the corporate development team as director of acquisition
and development. In this role, Koss is primarily responsible for identifying
and analyzing business growth opportunities.

Restaurants. �Dina brings great hospitality experience to Kimpton, underwriting
complicated hotel acquisitions and closely collaborating with several major

Most recently, Koss was a financial analyst at Bear Stearns in New York
working in the real estate, hotel and gaming industries on over one billion
dollars in asset sale transactions and over $400 million in capital markets
transactions.
Koss received her Bachelors of Science at Cornell University and obtained
her Masters of Business degree from the Haas School of Business at University
of California, Berkeley.
