Credited as one of the creative founders of the renowned W Hotel brand, Fatino will also focus her unparalleled instinct for style and important upcoming fashion trends to direct the image and personality for all SBE divisions. Specifically, she will guide the brand development of SBE�s exclusive agreement with celebrated designer, Philippe Starck. The six-year exclusive restaurant agreement commissions Starck to provide nine distinct design concepts for use in North America, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, which SBE Restaurant Group will develop.

As the former Vice President of Design and Brand Development for W Hotels, Fatino is responsible for co-creating and establishing the image and design direction of the extraordinarily successful W brand. In this role, Fatino directed every aspect of brand identity and design. She was also responsible for the management and development of W Hotels� million dollar retail business, including stores, catalogue, web and in-room sales. Her attention to detail demonstrated in her eclectic mix of special touches from custom-mixed CD�s, scents and accessories redefined the hotel experience. 

Prior to joining W Hotels, Fatino served as Product Designer and Fashion Director of Product Development for Pottery Barn. Fatino is attributed with defining Pottery Barn�s trademark style. In this role, she traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the United States establishing the store�s product development department. Previously, Fatino held a position at Neiman Marcus serving in various capacities such as Product Development, Merchandiser and Buyer. Fatino played an instrumental role in launching Pastille catalog.

Fatino began her career as a designer for Polo/Ralph Lauren. Her responsibilities included assisting the styling and preparations of showrooms for market and national publicity shoots. She is recognized for designing and illustrating over 100 home furnishing designs and layouts for each seasonal collection. 

Fatino earned her Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from Syracuse University.
