.

LAS VEGAS, July 12, 2005 - Tuesday, July 12th, 2005, is destined to be a monumental day in the history of Las Vegas, as partners Donald J. Trump and Phil G. Ruffin personally lead a ceremonious groundbreaking at the site of The Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas.

Designed to be the most opulent condominium hotel ever built in Las Vegas -- if not the entire world -- The Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas is a joint venture between Mr. Trump and his longtime friend Mr. Ruffin, who is the owner of the New Frontier Hotel.  The 2-million-square-foot tower is being built on a portion of the New Frontier property, directly adjacent to the Fashion Show Mall and across from the Wynn Las Vegas resort and golf course.

The Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas will feature 1,282 luxuriously furnished and decorated condominium hotel units, including 880 studio and 352 one-bedroom suites on the 16th through 59th floors, and 50 deluxe one-, two- and three-bedroom "Penthouse Suites" on the upper five floors.  Representatives of Trump Las Vegas Sales & Marketing, Inc. report that 100 percent of the condominium units in the tower had already been reserved.  Prices during the final phase ranged from the $600,000s to $6 million.

"The Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas drew an immediate and phenomenal response among buyers from around the globe," Trump said recently from New York.  "People familiar with the quality of Trump properties wanted to be among the first to reserve their place in our latest achievement, right in the heart of one of the world's most glamorous and exciting cities.  From the center Strip location, to the luxurious condominium hotel units and spectacular views, this is going to be a true showpiece -- beyond anything ever created in Las Vegas.  When completed, we envision it as being the crown jewel of the Las Vegas Strip."

Ruffin added, "Donald is a great builder and innovative thinker.  His insistence on using only the highest quality materials is impressive.  Remember, the difference between a good project and a great project is paying the extra 30 percent to get the best materials, as we have done here."

True to Trump form, The Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas will be resplendent in every possible fashion.  From the exterior, which will be clad in 24 carat gold glass, to the elegant lobby areas and luxuriously furnished and decorated condominium hotel units, every aspect of the building will reflect the superior level of quality that is synonymous with the name, "Trump."

The architect for the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas is Bergman, Walls and Associates, Ltd. Architects, of Las Vegas.  The general contractor is Perini Building Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Perini Corporation (NYSE: PCR).  The interior design firm is Design 360 Unlimited, of Santa Monica, California.

Each of the condominium hotel units will include such upscale features as floor to ceiling windows to maximize views, elegant European-style kitchens appointed with Wolf, Bosch, Dacor and Sub-Zero appliances; Breccia Onniciata Italian marble floors in the entries and baths; generously proportioned bathrooms with twin sinks, custom-designed vanities, marble counter tops and spa tubs in the master baths.  Other luxuries will include owners' "lockout closets," flat screen plasma TVs, cable television and in-suite movies.

Residents and guests at The Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas will receive a level of personalized service and pampering that is unparalleled in the resort industry.  An endless list of on-site conveniences are incorporated in the master plan for the tower, including 24-hour concierge and security services; an ultra-luxurious, professionally-managed spa, fitness center and salon; a sparkling heated outdoor pool and inviting sundeck with a bar; a business center with meeting facilities; prompt and polite doorman and valet parking services, and the finest in gourmet and casual dining.

Although all units in the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas have been reserved, prospective buyers are still invited to register their names, in the event that a few units become available for sale in the future.  Registration information can easily be obtained by visiting http://www.trumplv.com or calling 877-878-6711.

Information can also be obtained at the recently opened Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas Sales Plaza, located at 3128 Las Vegas Boulevard South, at the northwest corner of the Las Vegas Strip and Fashion Show Lane.  The $3 million, custom-designed, freestanding building serves as the sales information center and model complex for the tower and features two modeled units -- a studio and a one-bedroom suite.  Both are elegantly furnished and decorated in similar fashion to those planned for the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas.  The facility also features a 10-foot, revolving replica of the tower, audio-visual presentations, information kiosks and user-friendly, interactive computer monitors showcasing the lifestyle amenities that await future owners and their guests.
