Raymond Management Company, Inc. Completes a
$1 million Renovation of the Elgin Hampton Inn
in Elgin, Illinois

As part of the million dollar renovation, improvements were made to the exterior of the 109-room hotel, including new landscaping, resurfacing of the parking lot, and an upgraded lobby entrance.  In addition, the hotel made enhancements to the property’s common areas, such as new soft seating and carpet throughout the lobby, refurbishment of the indoor pool area, and an upgraded 24-hour business center.  A brand new, 24-hour fitness room, featuring the latest fitness equipment, was also added.

Providing guests with the utmost in sleep comfort, the new guest rooms now feature the luxurious “Suite Dreams by Hilton” bed and linen.  New guest bathroom enhancements include an open, under-the-counter bathroom vanity and a curved shower rod and curtain.  In-room coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and new hassle-free clock radios are standard in every room.
