In most cases, the renovations include new duvets, new carpet, new drapes, new wall coverings, new granite vanities in the bathrooms and new bathroom flooring.  Further upgrades include luxurious pillow top mattresses with new box springs, soft linens and down comforters, and Herman Miller workstations.  Additionally, the Dallas and Indianapolis are receiving upgraded central heating and cooling.
