A gifted culinary professional who believes food should be pure, simple and of the freshest quality, Loos is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, New York.  He has worked at several signature properties, including the Inn at Little Washington in Washington, Virginia, under the direction of renowned Chef Patrick O'Connell; at Galileo in Washington, DC, under the guidance of Chef Roberto Donna; and as executive chef at the Red Fox Inn in Middleburg, Virginia.

Chef Loos was most recently executive chef at The Founders Inn.  He has also served as executive sous chef at Benchmark's east coast flagship property, Lansdowne Resort of Lansdowne (Leesburg), Virginia.
