ATLANTA August 15, 2005 -- StayOnline, the premier provider of wireless hospitality technology solutions, has partnered with SpectraLink (Nasdaq: SLNK), the leader in workplace Wi-Fi telephony, to offer hoteliers a robust, feature-rich and highly interoperable voice over Wi-Fi solution. NetLink Wireless Telephones from SpectraLink allow hotel employees to communicate quickly, effectively and discreetly in order to assure the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

StayOnline became a SpectraLink Certified Partner earlier this year. Under the agreement, StayOnline technicians sell, deploy and support NetLink Wireless Telephones, which seamlessly integrate with a facilitys existing Wi-Fi and telecom infrastructure thereby increasing the return on technology investments and ultimately reducing total operating costs.

Excellent customer service is often the key differentiator in the hospitality sector, said Antonio DiMilia, president and CEO of StayOnline. Our goal is to equip our customers with state-of-the-art, wireless technology that helps them service their customers more efficiently. Adding SpectraLink Wireless Telephones to our product mix is a natural evolution in helping improve communications between hotel staff and managers.

StayOnlines focus is to provide hoteliers one wireless network infrastructure that can readily support new tools and technologies to enhance their operations and ROI. SpectraLink Wireless Telephones achieve that goal, added DiMilia.

The hospitality industry is a perfect fit for SpectraLinks technology, said Jill Kenney, SpectraLink executive vice president of sales and marketing. Based on our success in the healthcare and retail segments, it makes sense to work with hotels, an industry where employees are constantly on the move and customer service is of utmost importance.

StayOnline Certified Program

With the increase in wireless technology products and applications available for the hospitality and travel sectors, hoteliers and travelers alike are often left guessing about the quality and compatibility of their current applications.  StayOnline, the hospitality industrys leader in 100% wireless IP Networking solutions, has developed a way to eliminate the confusionthe StayOnline Certifiedsm program. This new certification process involves pre-evaluating applications and hardware solutions before they are integrated into the StayOnline solution to ensure compatibility and interoperability.

It also evaluates various consumer products available on the market and tests them for ease of use and compatibility with the StayOnline Wireless networks found in over 600 locations in the US, Mexico and Canada.

When an application or hardware provider seeks to partner with StayOnline to offer its solution to the hospitality industry, their product will undergo rigorous testing by StayOnline engineers at the StayOnline headquarters in Atlanta. These engineers will run the application or hardware through a series of lab tests and ensure that they are solution-set verified to seamlessly integrate with current StayOnline wireless solutions. If the product or application meets certification standards, the vendor will become a StayOnline Certifiedsm solution provider.
Other solutions already certified by StayOnline are PrintMe remote printing services, and Vocera Networks Voice over WiFi products.

What we are doing is helping to eliminate the guesswork for our customers-both at the hotel and consumer level, said Antonio DiMilia, president and CEO of StayOnline. Hoteliers and hospitality providers have so many options coming at them hardware and software applications which will increase productivity and streamline processes but its hard to know which are compatible with their current solutions.  Fortunately, a wireless platform offers a great deal of flexibility and we have the expertise to help them discover which applications can work within their current or future wireless environment.
