Sami Zeitoun Appointed General Manager
|MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 24, 2005 - Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today
announced its appointment as the new management company for the 301 guest
room Sheraton Reston Hotel. The upscale hotel and conference facility
is located in suburban Virginia minutes from Washington Dulles International
Airport. Hotel guests enjoy the resort-like setting directly across
the street from the Reston National Golf Course, and the convenience of
being only 20 minutes from Washington, DC. The selection of Crestline
Hotels & Resorts to manage the Sheraton Reston marks an ongoing and
growing relationship between Crestline and The JBG Companies of Chevy Chase,
MD. Crestline Hotels & Resorts now manages three properties for
The JBG Companies including the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel and the Four Points
by Sheraton, both in downtown Washington, DC, in addition to the Sheraton

Sami Zeitoun Appointed General Manager
Sami Zeitoun is a 16-year hospitality industry veteran who joined Crestline
Hotels & Resorts in 1997. He has held several management positions
for Crestline including Director of Special Projects in Crestline's Corporate
Headquarters, and most recently he served as general manager for the Four
Points by Sheraton in Washington, DC where he was appointed to the Four
Points brand advisory council by Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Prior
to joining Crestline, Mr. Zeitoun was with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts where
he held various positions in sales, food and beverage, and hotel management.
Leticia Proctor Appointed Director of Sales & Marketing
Leticia Proctor brings nearly 15 years of hospitality industry
experience in sales and marketing. She joins Crestline Hotels &
Resorts from the Sheraton Pentagon South Hotel where she was Director of
Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, Ms. Proctor was Director of Sales
and Marketing for the Holiday Inn Select in Bethesda, MD. She has
also held sales positions with the Hilton Alexandria Old Town, Hilton Crystal
City, Loews L'Enfant Plaza Hotel, and with Hospitality Partners.
