SEATTLE, WA (August 15, 2005) � Pat Colee, chairman of Noble House
Hotels & Resorts (www.noblehousehotels.com) has appointed Robert Foster
president of the company, inclusive of its 12 boutique styled hotels and
resorts, located across the United States.
�Bob is a very respected hospitality executive, who has proven over the years that he leads great teams in creating great guest experiences,� said Pat Colee, chairman of Noble House Hotels & Resorts. �He�ll now lead Noble House into a very exciting time of expected growth and success,� added Colee. Foster assumes his duties immediately, leaving Caleo Resort & Spa in Scottsdale after a successful $9 million transformation and opening this year. As general manager of Caleo, Foster led a team of 150 associates through construction, rebranding, extensive training, and operations, resulting in a highly successful opening which created a new player in the highly competitive market of Scottsdale. Prior to joining Noble House, Foster spent 17 years with ITT Sheraton in various operational capacities, including overseeing the Southern Region, which ranged from Florida to Texas and north to Tennessee, including the day-to-day operations of over 20 properties. Foster graduated from Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, Missouri with a B.S. in Biology, before serving as a navigator holding the rank of Captain with the Air Force�s Strategic Air Command. Following his military service, Foster received a Master�s Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, graduating first in his class. Foster lives with his wife Sarah and son John Ryan.
