August 2005 � Washington, DC - The Park Hyatt Washington closed August 1st to undergo a $24 Million renovation and redesign with a planned reopening in early 2006.  The first phase of the renovation will be the liquidation of items surplus to the hotel�s needs.  The liquidation sale opens August 11th and is open to both the hospitality industry and the general public.

Items of interest for sale include:

  • Marble top writing desks and night stands 
  • (2) Baby Grand Pianos
  • Marble bar and back bar
  • China Cabinets
  • Upholstered arm chairs in many styles

  • Outdoor Lounge Chairs, Tables and Chairs

NCL has remarked the contents of more than 800 hotels and resorts in the continental U.S. and offshore, successfully completing over 300,000 guestrooms ranging in size from 100 to 2,000 room properties.  NCL recently completed the liquidation of the landmark Plaza Hotel, New York City and the St. Regis Los Angeles Hotel and Spa.
