– Shift4 Corporation processed over 13 million payment
transactions representing the movement of over $1.1 billion in March
with its industry leading enterprise payment gateway $$$ ON THE
NET®. Some of the Shift4 merchants that contributed to this record
month were: PGA Tours, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Levy Restaurants,
Foxwoods Resort & Casino, Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group and many
more. With a tenfold increase in transaction numbers since 2002 (see graphic below), Shift4 has seen an ever increasing roster of merchants electing to utilize its flagship $$$ ON THE NET solution. The reason is simple: $$$ ON THE NET connects a merchant’s point-of-sale and property management systems to the bank/processor of their choice, allowing them to leverage the power of the Internet to process transactions at an ultra-high speed, while simplifying their accounting process, adding real-time enterprise-wide reporting and minimizing fraudulent or errant transactions. “What I find most impressive about hitting the $1 billion mark last month is that it really is just the tip of the iceberg.
