Noble House Appointments Steven Boswell to GM
and Tiffany Boeckman to DOS at Ocean Key
Resort & Spa in Key West, Florida

KEY WEST, FL (May 19, 2005) � Noble House Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointments of Steven Boswell to general manager and Tiffany Boeckman to director of sales at Ocean Key Resort & Spa in Key West, Florida.

Prior to joining Ocean Key Resort & Spa, Boswell served as director of sales and marketing at The Portofino Hotel & Yacht Club, a sister Noble House Hotels & Resorts property.  Previous to joining Noble House, he served as director of sales at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel and has more than 14 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, marketing and catering, holding various positions within ITT Sheraton.  Boswell holds an A.S. in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America and is a member of Meeting Professionals International.  As general manager, Boswell is responsible for all aspects of the resort, including rooms, outlets (restaurants and spa), budgets, marketing, sales and operations.

Boeckman joins Ocean Key from sister property The Grove Isle Hotel & Spa in Miami, where she served as director of catering and conference services at the hotel.  In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all social and corporate events.  Previously, she served as catering sales manager and wedding coordinator at the Wyndham Casa Marina and Beach Resorts in Key West.  Boeckman has a bachelor of science in hotel restaurant institutional management from Johnson & Wales University.
