Maestro Rate & Yield Management – Hospitality’s first real-time and proactive yield management tool for hotels and property groups that implements rate maximization strategies across all reservation channels, including GDS, voice center, and third-party Internet sites, for one or 100 properties, from a single screen. The system provides operators with a wide variety of rate control options to execute any strategy and automatically monitor and respond to real-time changes in demand to drive the highest rate without constant monitoring and is seamlessly integrated with Maestro Front Office. Rates and availability controls can be based on occupancy at the property and room-type level, and can be set to respond to fluctuations in market segments, guest types, lead time, booking period, length of stay and other factors. Maestro Rate Management also lets you create special corporate and group rates, and set up contract rates that may be protected from other yield management controls. Managers can create specials in real time, any time with secured access directly from their availability screen to adapt to demand changes. 

Maestro CRM – Much more than a simple guest history module, Maestro CRM is a fully-integrated guest service tool that raises awareness of guest needs to a new level. The heart of the system is a guest database that automatically tracks and remembers all guest information, including dates of past stays, room numbers, revenue spent at each outlet, preferred amenities, special dates, favorite activities such as golf or spa appointments and makes all the information available to managers through a variety of user-configurable reports that mine the data for actionable information. With Maestro CRM managers and staff can surprise guests by remembering their names, knowing their preferences, and anticipating their needs before they ask. 

Maestro Analytics Business Intelligence – Completing the end-to-end Profitability Tool Suite, is Maestro Analytics, the industry’s newest and most powerful integrated data mining application. Maestro Analytics is an integrated Business Intelligence system that allows users to drill into their operating data and customize report views that reveal hidden sources of revenue. The new system shows operators their most valuable clients, markets, and guest origins and easily designs mailing lists that target past guests with pinpoint marketing campaigns to drive room sales.
