CHANDLER, ARIZONA – May 9, 2005 – Heavlin Management Company, a Chandler, Arizona based newly incorporated hotel management firm, has chosen ProfitSword, LLC, as it’s provider for the innovative, web-based intelligence and reporting platform - ProfitSage.    
 
The move will provide Heavlin Management Company the technology it needs to support its aggressive growth plans over the next several years.  The ProfitSage Financial Suite gathers detailed information from several systems within a hotel, allowing property managers to interpret and share detailed, real-time hotel operations information with the corporate office and each other, with the ultimate goal of providing superior results to hotel owners.
 
The San Marcos Resort & Conference Center in Chandler began using ProfitSage in February of this year and Heavlin plans on purchasing two additional hotels before year-end.  Introduced in June 2003, the web-based ProfitSage software consists of six modules that interface with the property management system, back office accounting, sales automation and payroll systems in order to warehouse data.  The information is then used within the different modules to produce revenue reports, detailed forecasts, line-by-line budgets and hundreds of customized reports. ProfitSage also interfaces with Smith Travel reporting to provide comprehensive comparisons to the competitive set.
