New Orleans, Louisiana – May 3, 2005 – The most respected organization of professional concierges in North America, Les Clefs d’Or USA, is holding its 13th Pan American Congress May 7 - 11 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. Over 325 concierges from the US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and other nations will attend the gathering to increase their knowledge of the industry, gain new skills, and learn about the latest concierge technologies to improve their efficiency.
