today the opening of the 75 room Holiday Inn Express hotel in Windsor California.
Nick Desai is the owner of Town Green Enterprises, Healdsburg, California.
Town Green Enterprises also owns a Travelodge and a Super 8 motel. This
is Town Green Enterprises's first mid service hotel. Also, the first
Windsor, California hotel. Windsor is located in the Sonoma Wine Country.
Holiday Inn Express 8865 Conde Lane Windsor, California 95492 The 75 room Holiday Inn Express features, an outdoor pool, indoor spa and sauna, fitness center and business center. Fred Flanagan is the general manager. Flanagan was the General Manager of the year in 2001 for all Holiday Inn Express, brand hotels. Flanagan says his focus has always been on service. "My focus on operations and administration is designed to provide the hotel staff with all the resources and training needed to deliver great service," says Flanagan. He adds "Too many managers forget the importance of repeat business and referral sales on the success of a hotel." |
