and Condominium
Owner Management systems

Rockville, MD (USA) June 16, 2005 - Starting at HITEC 2003, the exclusive
and world famous Kapalua Resort in Maui began the process of searching
for solutions to modernize its PMS, Golf, and Condo software systems. The
resort was looking for technologies that would provide significant gains
in performance, features and reliability over the existing systems. Today
their two-year search ended with the decision to install the software products
from Visual One Systems.
The installation will include Property Management, Golf Management,
Back Office Accounting, Condominium Accounting, Preventative Maintenance,
Retail Point-of-Sale, Web Page Reservations (including condo owner web
bookings) and Guest Activity Scheduling for the propertys 300 villas,
three championship golf courses and seven retail outlets. Because all of
the applications were developed by V1 programmers and use the same programming
language and database engine (MS-SQL), the resort will benefit from the
seamless integration features that Visual One provides.
