 Roberta Rinker-Ludloff Named Vice President Sales and Marketing for Conrad Hotels, North America

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - June 16, 2005 -- Conrad Hotels(R) announced today that Roberta Rinker-Ludloff has been named vice president of sales and marketing - Conrad Hotels, North America, overseeing all marketing efforts for the luxury brand's portfolio of hotels in the region, with an expected start date of July 18. She most recently served as regional vice president -- marketing for Hilton Hawaii, where she oversaw the marketing and public relations efforts for Hilton Hotels Corporation's hotels in Hawaii, including the Hilton Hawaiian Village(R) Resort & Spa and the Hilton Waikoloa Village(R).

In her new role, Rinker-Ludloff will be responsible for the comprehensive marketing efforts of the Conrad brand in North America, including advertising, direct marketing, public relations, e-marketing and promotions as well as managing and directing support sales efforts and distribution channels. She will also oversee strategic development, implementation and evaluation of Conrad's marketing and customer relationship initiatives in North America.

A 33-year hospitality veteran, Rinker-Ludloff began her career with the Sheraton - Anaheim Hotel in California in 1972. Following this, she held a series of executive level sales and operations positions for Sheraton properties in Hawaii where some of her accomplishments included sales and operations oversight for the Royal Hawaiian Hotel as well as being part of the team responsible for launching ITT Sheraton Corporation's The Luxury Collection brand in the mid 1990s. Prior to joining Hilton in 2000, Rinker-Ludloff was vice president of marketing for the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau and vice president of global sales for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide in 1996 and 1998 respectively.
