Named 2005 Canadian Hotel of the Year by Choice Hotels |

ON, June 6, 2005 - The Quality Inn Northern Grand in Fort St. John, B.C.,
located at 9830 100th Avenue, has been named the 2005 Canadian Hotel of
the Year by Choice Hotels Canada (CHC). The hotel was selected from more
than 280 Choice hotels across Canada.
The Canadian Hotel of the Year Award was presented to owner Ralph Jordan, president of Jordan Enterprises Ltd. and Cheryl Erickson, the hotel�s general manager, at Choice Hotels International�s 51st annual convention, at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The Quality Inn is managed by Atlific Hotels & Resorts. �The Quality Inn Northern Grand is a premier hotel that is very deserving of this prestigious award,� said Mike Jackson, Choice Canada president. �The hotel team subscribes to an operating philosophy that calls for an impeccably maintained property and extraordinary customer service.� CHC annually presents the Canadian Hotel of the Year Award to hotels that demonstrate lodging excellence. The Quality Inn Northern Grand was nominated and evaluated by peer hoteliers who evaluated the hotel on a variety of factors including guest service, hotel cleanliness and hotel décor. The hotel was among 45 hotels that were recognized with Gold Hospitality Awards this year by CHC. �It is an honor to be recognized by Choice Hotels Canada with this award,� said Jordan. �We have a tremendous team in place, headed up by our outstanding General Manager, Cheryl Erickson.
