By selecting PAR's integrated solution customers now have a one stop/call service capability for their complete solution needs versus the alternative of buying software from one provider, hardware from another and service from even a third. PSMS will resolve all issues with one simple call. In addition, the PAR hardware, with its outstanding reliability over the common PC, will provide a solution which has a life cycle cost significantly less than the common two box PC solution found in many retail outlets in hospitality. That strategy was to sell the Company's traditional hospitality products (point-of-sale (POS) hardware and services) into PSMS' core markets of Hotels/Resorts and Spas. Windmill Point Resort will also install several of PAR Springer-Miller's optional modules at their location including SMS|Retail Point-of-Sale, Owner Fulfillment, Membership Management, Multi-Property Management, Activities Management, Spa/Resort Scheduling, SMS|Tickets, and SMS|World for internet booking. Located on the Chesapeake Bay, the Resort consists of 52 waterfront rooms, a 160-slip marina, 2 restaurants, a resort club, lodge, amphitheater and condominium development on a 55-acre island. Each room in the beach front inn opens onto its own balcony or patio with comfortable island style outdoor furniture for enjoying the island's views. The property is slated to open in April 2005.
