ARAMARK Harrison Lodging�s Rizzo Conference Center Launches $18 Million Expansion to Double Its Size
Chapel Hill, NC � March 31, 2005 � ARAMARK Harrison Lodging�s Rizzo Conference Center is launching a major expansion program sponsored by the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  The renovations, which are projected to cost approximately $18 million, will yield a total of 60 new guestrooms and 10,000 square feet of conference space designed to provide a state-of-the-art learning experience.  An additional 3,600 square feet of multi-function space will increase the facility�s ability to accommodate conference and banquet events for up to 250 attendees.  Completion of the expansion is slated for early summer 2006.

The Rizzo Conference Center is a wooded retreat on 28 acres at the University of North Carolina�s Kenan-Flagler Business School and combines top of the line technology with a beautiful setting conducive to learning and relaxation.  The center currently features 10,000 square feet of meeting space, 24 fully equipped meeting rooms and 60 guestrooms designed for the corporate traveler.  With an additional focus on enjoyment and recreation, the center boasts a 110-seat dining room, spacious wood-paneled library for informal meetings, fitness center, swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, jogging trails and championship golf nearby.
