The hotel will comprise an eight-story building connected via a triple height glass atrium to the base of the development's iconic 30 story Ontario Tower.  Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM), the hotel will have a curved glass, stainless steel and terracotta facade to complement the development's existing buildings.  A contemporary interior will be designed by Aukett.

The hotel will offer comprehensive facilities, including a health spa, brasserie, river view restaurant with terrace and a cocktail bar.  Hotel services will be provided to residents of the neighboring New Providence Wharf buildings. There will also be a full range of business facilities, including conference, meeting and banqueting rooms.

The hotel forms a significant component of New Providence Wharf, Ballymore's mixed-use scheme, which already includes over 700 residential apartments, with an ancillary health and leisure suite.  An additional 300 units will follow in future phases, also with shops and offices.  The development's exceptional architecture is complemented by impressive landscaped grounds, which include planted areas, riverside walkways and large-scale water features.
