Resorts, Daytona�s leading hotel company, has purchased the 80-unit Atlantic
Las Brisas Inn & Suites.
The acquisition at 700 North Atlantic Avenue expands the company portfolio to more than 1,800 hotel rooms along the beachfront and gives Oceans Resorts a very competitive economy hotel in the heart of Daytona Beach. Rates at the Atlantic Las Brisas start at $45 a night. During Memorial Day weekend rates start at $79 a night. The Atlantic Las Brisas will become part of the Plaza complex that will be managed by Oceans Resorts regional vice president, Steve Dorcy. The Plaza Complex also includes the landmark Plaza Resort & Spa and Plaza Ocean Club.
