announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, VRX Studios Inc. (“VRX”),
has signed an exclusive, five-year agreement with Las Vegas-based Caesars
Entertainment, Inc. (“Caesars”) to create high quality, web-friendly 360-degree
virtual tours and still images for 11 of Caesars Entertainment's domestic
casino resorts.
The casino property images will be integrated into user-friendly interactive maps to help visually organize the content and orientate viewers. All content created by VRX under this agreement will be certified by Caesars before being added to VRX's Hotel Archive. Once certified, the new content will be made available to Caesars, for use on their corporate websites, as well as to travel intermediaries. VRX's Hotel Program helps chains such as Caesars manage their brand and the visual presentation of their properties across all online distribution channels. In addition to providing a highly effective online brand management tool, VRX delivers the highest quality and most user-friendly online visual content on the Internet while delivering a consistent user-experience across every hotel in its Hotel Archive. The quality, consistency, and reliability of VRX's Hotel Content builds customer loyalty and increases online sales. The properties covered under the agreement include Caesars Palace, Bally's Las Vegas, Paris Las Vegas, Flamingo Las Vegas and Flamingo Laughlin in Nevada; Bally's Atlantic City and Caesars Atlantic City in New Jersey; Grand Casino Tunica, Grand Casino Biloxi and Grand Casino Gulport in Mississippi; and Caesars Indiana in Indiana.
