Supervisory Skill Builders Video Series Reinforces
Educational Institute’s Popular Training Program

ORLANDO, Fla., March 2005 — The Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association has revised and updated its nine-video “Supervisory Skill Builders” series, designed to complement and reinforce the concepts taught in its best-selling workbook program of the same name.

Each video uses a diverse cast of hospitality employees in a variety of professional situations to highlight key skills essential to supervisors in the hospitality business.  The fast-paced videos range from eight to 11 minutes long, making them ideal for quick review or brief training sessions.
