“We partner with clients to launch key strategic initiatives or to develop customized organizational development and training programs. Expertise in the service industry, performance improvement and process improvement are our key competencies. Innovation and speed-to-market are our competitive advantages. Our clients tend to be public companies that need the brain-power and man-power to quickly launch a high-priority project,” says Susan Musselman, Principal. Richard Faeh, Corporate Executive Chef, Starwood Hotels and Resorts agrees, “Musselman Kidwell Concepts was instrumental in launching Lo-Carb Lifesytles by Sheraton. They led the design and roll-out of this important brand initiative, which included training over 40,000 employees in 45 days. Subsequently, Sheraton was the first hotel chain to market with low carbohydrate menus and the launch was so successful that we landed front-page coverage in the USA Today. “
“Our customized training and performance improvement programs are designed around the client’s needs. We make it our priority to understand what the client is seeking to improve and then to apply all of our resources to solve their issues,” reports Debby Kidwell, Principal. “The Principals of Musselman Kidwell Concepts quickly learned the issues critical to our business and delivered a highly effective Rapid-cycle CEO Assimilation Workshop,” says James E. Hyman, Chairman and CEO, Cornell Companies. “This workshop reduced the time for me, as the new CEO, to get up-to-speed with the senior management team and culture of Cornell Companies.”
Greg Champion, COO & President, Tiburon Hospitality Management,
