| BANGKOK, 26 January 2005 - Accor is pleased
to announce the appointment of Evan Lewis as the new Director of Marketing
- Asia. In his new position, Evan will oversee all marketing activities
for Accor hotels in 12 countries around Asia.
Evan has been with Accor for over 6 years, and prior to his appointment
he was General Manager of Novotel Glen Waverley in Australia. He was also
in charge of the Sales and Marketing committee in the Melbourne area looking
after 15 hotels. Prior to this, as EAM of our Darling Harbour hotels and
was also directly responsible for the Sales and Marketing activities of
these three hotels. Evan also has broad hotel experience including Food
and Beverage management in Australia and Indonesia.
