Arash Azarbarzin Named President
of SBE Hotel Group

Los Angeles, January 20, 2005 - Sam Nazarian, CEO and founder of SBE Entertainment Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Arash Azarbarzin to President of SBE Hotel Group. Azarbarzin will bring his extensive hospitality knowledge and expertise to guide the successful management of SBE�s hotel and restaurant properties. This is a first-time appointment for SBE and in this role Azarbarzin will lead a major acquisition ramp-up for SBE Hotel Group. 

�Arash is a seasoned operator with vast experience in numerous arenas of hospitality. My vision for SBE Hotel Group is to continue to create premier entertainment destinations. He will help achieve this goal. Arash adds a wealth of  in-depth industry knowledge and credibility to the SBE team,� Nazarian commented.

Azarbarzin brings more than 20 years of hospitality and executive level management experience  to SBE Hotel Group. He began his career by cultivating his culinary skills at top restaurants across the country. He soon broadened his area of expertise to include restaurant operations, which led to various management level positions at world-class hotels such as the Four Seasons and the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.. He also served as General Manager of the Century Plaza Hotel & Spa, the St. Regis Hotel & Spa and the W New York Union Square. 

Most recently, he served Starwood Hotels as the Area Managing Director of W Hotels, managing the successful operation of more than 2000 rooms in the New York area. Azarbarzin was instrumental in establishing the W as the most successful new hotel brand in the industry.
