Al Petrone Appointed Noble House Hotels &
Resorts Chief Marketing Officer

SEATTLE, WA (January 25, 2005) -- Noble House Hotels & Resorts announced today that it has appointed Al Petrone to the position of chief marketing officer.  In this role, Petrone will oversee all Noble House matters related to marketing, branding, advertising and public relations.

�We are thrilled to have Al join Noble House.  Al is an excellent complement to our sales and marketing team and brings additional elements of marketing and branding expertise in the luxury hotel market,� said Marc Pujalet, president of Noble House Hotels & Resorts.  �His leadership will be elemental in bringing Noble House to the next level of awareness with consumers and in the industry as we move forward with our aggressive expansion plans for the company,� added Pujalet. 

Mr. Petrone has over 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality and global marketing fields.  Petrone�s experience includes serving as vice president of operations for Ian Schrager Hotels, based at New York�s Hudson Hotel.  Petrone also held various positions within the Starwood Hotels Corporation, including vice president of Sheraton Brand Operations, where he was responsible for maintaining and improving the brand integrity for over 200 hotels in North America; as well as director of operations for W Hotels, where he was instrumental in the launch of the W brand.  Petrone began his professional career with the General Electric Corporation, where he served for 11 years, in various operations, marketing and training capacities around the world.  His professional background includes assignments in Russia, Germany, Hawaii, the Arctic Circle, Australia and Puerto Rico.  More recently, Petrone served as director of operations for Hotels AB, based in New York City.

Mr. Petrone received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, followed by a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University.   Petrone enjoys traveling, running, history and playing acoustic guitar.  Petrone is fluent in Spanish and German and is an active volunteer with The Ronald McDonald House Charities.
