The ground-up renovation of the property has upgraded all guestrooms and public spaces to meet Hilton standards. The warm, contemporary interior has been thoughtfully re-designed to incorporate classic appeal with modern touches. The main restaurant, Bistro 1800, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering a variety of cuisines.
