Wausau, WI � February 6, 2005 - After an extensive search, The Jefferson
Street Inn is announcing the fulfillment of their management staff positions.
Joseph Osswald has been named the General Manager and Kathleen Penn has
been named the Sales Manager.
| Joseph Osswald, a native of
Wausau, brings over 24 years of knowledge in the hospitality industry to
the hotel. He has served in all aspects of the industry including,
food service, sales, hotel operations, and general management positions
at a variety of operations ranging from a small country style inn, to most
recently the Westwood Hotel and Conference Center.
�I share in Wausau�s excitement about the Jefferson Street Inn�, said
Joseph. �I consider it an honor to be selected as the General Manager
and to play a significant role in the revitalization of the downtown area.
I will hand pick our staff from Wausau�s diverse work force and select

management and sales for over 35 years. Her unique vantage point
comes from serving on several sides of the business equation as a client,
planner, and sales associate. Prior to joining the Jefferson Street
Inn staff, she owned a special event consulting service. She
has also served at the management level of other businesses and organizations,
directly overseeing all aspects of meetings, conferences, and special events.
