Washington, D.C. – Feb. 10, 2005 - Due to its unprecedented growth in 2004, TIG Global has expanded and refined its client service department to support the company’s continued role as the premier strategic e-business partner for hotels.

As part of the expansion of the client service division, TIG Global has created a new layer of management, oversight and strategic service through the newly created role of client service director. The directors are responsible for strengthening and growing relationships with enterprise clients and driving service at the strategic level to the company’s growing client base. In addition, the company is aggressively pursuing strong and experienced candidates for new client service manager positions to replace the newly promoted team members.

TIG Global’s client service division is responsible for the consultative management and proactive support of TIG Global’s Internet marketing programs.  Client service also develops and maintains client relationships at the property, brand corporate, management, and ownership levels.
