SECURE-RES and Navy Lodge Program (Department
of the Navy) Agree On a Lodging Reservation
System "Pilot" Program

JACKSONVILLE, FL - February 21, 2005 - SECURE-RES announced today the signing of a Letter of Agreement as a service provider for a pilot project for the Navy Lodge Program.

SECURE-RES, who provides internet marketing and reservation services to hoteliers and property managers, has agreed to pilot an overflow reservation system for the Navy Lodge Program Call Center in Jacksonville, FL.  The Navy Lodge Program provides lodging for military personnel, their families and other authorized patrons. SECURE-RES will provide the Navy Lodge Program a web-based reservation application of available hotels. This will be used by the Navy Lodge Call Center during their booked periods.  The goal of SECURE-RES is to provide support for the Navy Lodge and allow military personnel to book rates 10% below per diem.

The initial phase of the program will be the deployment of the call center application to support the operation.  The 24/7- Navy Lodge Call Center handled over 425,000 calls this year and has received over 2 million visitors in the last nine months to their web site. Plans are to accommodate more in the future.
