� Agilysys, Inc., (NASDAQ: AGYS) a leading provider of enterprise computer
solutions and hospitality software solutions, announced that Eldorado Hotel
Casino in Reno, NV has selected LMS ShowGate and LMS ShowNet from Agilysys
to streamline attraction ticketing operations at the 816-room property.
The hotel will use the system for ticketing at the 580-seat Eldorado Showroom
as well as for off-property events such as the Shakespeare Festival at
Lake Tahoe.
�We looked at a number of ticketing systems, but LMS ShowGate was the only one that integrated with our hotel system for room charges and our casino system for comps,� said Peter Broughton, MIS director at Eldorado Hotel Casino. The property also wanted to sell tickets online, and LMS ShowNet, the system�s Internet component, integrated seamlessly with LMS ResNet, the Web-enabled reservations system the hotel was already using. �Now, guests can book room reservations and purchase show tickets online, which is a huge benefit for us and for them.� LMS ShowGate and LMS ShowNet work with the LMS property management system to provide integrated theater, stadium and attraction ticketing services with total venue management capability. The software offers a wide variety of features and functionality such as choice of ticket assignment, configurable controls, file maintenance and listing and numerous method-of-payment options.
