• Residences are being sold in 1/11th fractions, with prices ranging from $300,000 to $1.5 million, and nearly half of the memberships have already been sold.
• This is the first luxury hotel affiliated fractional residence opportunity in the heart of Aspen.

• Remede Spa is a new luxury spa experience from the creators of Laboratoire Remede, the most high-performance skin care system in the world. This is the flagship of the new Remede Spa brand, created for St. Regis hotels and resorts.

• 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including the existing 9,000-square-foot ballroom, the largest in Aspen.

• Olives Aspen, the Aspen outpost of Todd English's group of restaurants featuring the Mediterranean-inspired American cuisine of award-winning Executive Chef Phil Evans.
• Shadow Mountain Lounge, offering beverages and small plate dining. Serving from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., for lunch, apres ski, dinner, and after-dinner treats.
