Vantis Partners with VFM Interactive to
Offer Hotel Clients Rich Media Solutions

Stronger visuals will help improve hotels visibility on the
Internet and increase online bookings

Calgary, Alberta, Canada October 28, 2004 Vantis, formerly VIP International and Lexington Services, further demonstrated its commitment to working with clients to optimize their profitable revenue today by announcing a new partnership with Toronto-based VFM Interactive, the hotel industrys leading provider of online rich media solutions.

Through the agreement, Vantis will offer clients services that create stronger visuals for online consumers, including videos, virtual property tours and audio-enhanced moving slideshows. VFM will create, manage and distribute the rich media content to the hotels websites and to VFMs more than 5,000 partner travel websites, including Travelocity, Orbitz and TripAdvisor.

We are committed to offering our clients the best technological solutions in the industry and this partnership with VFM ensures we will continue to do so, said Kelly Blake, president of Vantis. With more travelers turning to the Internet when it comes to making travel arrangements, our clients are looking for tools that will help them remain competitive and make their properties stand out in a crowded online environment. The agreement will not only help our clients improve their visibility on the Internet, but it will also help increase consumers confidence in making online bookings with them and, ultimately, it will help our clients optimize their profitable revenue.

We have found the impact of rich media to be enormous for our hotel clients, commented Paolo Boni, CEO of VFM. Its not unusual to see online look-to-book conversion rates double and triple after adding rich media such as virtual tours and videos. Numerous studies have shown that consumers are insisting on better visual material to aid their decisions online. This is why it has become critical to have rich media not only on a propertys own website, but widely distributed to travel sites across the internet. And providing consumers a way to interact with and experience a property before booking shifts focus from price to a hotels distinct features and amenities, thereby justifying higher ADR.

VFMs rich media solutions build on Vantis existing suite of website solutions, which currently includes website hosting and design, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising and e-mail harvesting.
