 David Kemp Named Vice-president of Human Resources
and Isaiah Wilson as Vice-president of Accounting
at Noble Investment Group

ATLANTA - Oct. 25, 2004 -- Noble Investment Group, one of the hospitality industry's leading owner/operators of upscale and premium branded hotels, today announced that it has created two new senior positions and named David Kemp as vice-president of human resources and Isaiah Wilson as vice-president of accounting.

"Both David and Isaiah have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills within their respective disciplines. David Kemp brings with him nearly 15 years of experience in the field of human resources. Most recently, he was corporate vice-president of human resources for Waterford Hotel Group, Inc. Prior to that, he was vice-president of corporate services for Five Star Food Service, Inc., and division human resources director for Compass Group, U.S.A. He received his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management & Development from the University of Connecticut. In his new role, he will oversee compensation plans, benefits administration, risk management, management development, recruiting and training strategies for more than 2,000 Noble team members.

Isaiah Wilson has had a progressive, 20-year career in leading accounting teams. After playing professional football for the Seattle Seahawks, he began his career in accounting as controller for the Winston Plaza Hotel in Winston-Salem, N.C. Since then, he has held a number of increasingly important positions, including vice-president of field accounting for Interstate Hotels & Resorts and senior vice-president of accounting for Merritt Hospitality. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. Wilson will lead the Noble accounting team that oversees the company's financial and accounting systems, processes, metrics and reports for the management and development divisions of the company, as well as Noble's hotels.
