  •  "Smart Service for Great Banquets."  This 22-minute program is designed to educate and encourage banquet servers to deliver the kind of service required to achieve maximum profitability in the high-revenue banquet business.
  •  "Room Service."  This 24-minute program shows servers and order takers how to exceed guests' needs at the order taking and service stages of the room service process.  Viewers will learn how to guide guests through a menu, ensure accuracy when taking orders, and provide efficient and courteous service.
